   My family and I are looking into this place. The views can’t be beat and just may make up for the lack of shops and subway close by. Lots going on over there with the parks getting redone and revitalized! Whoever grabs those corner units (with views of both NYC and the bridge) are will be sitting on unbelievable real estate!
